Had a great time at swan cottage Perfect on the Lagoon and across the road from Sapodilla beach. Neko and JR were helpful and responded to our need super quick. Lucky for us the other villa was empty for the 2 weeks we were there so had the whole area to our selves. Would definitely return

Really nice stay at Swan Cottages. Lovely outdoor sitting area and the shared pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Location right on Chalk Sound was beautiful and the kayaks were a great bonus. Walking distance to Sapodilla Bay Beach (across the street) and Las Brisas restaurant and very close to Taylor Bay Beach. The unit was clean and well-appointed and it was a good size for two adults and a toddler. Internet was fast and there were no problems with hot water.

This place is wonderful! Really great value for the price. The home is clean, modern/new, has a nice pool with beautiful view of Chalk Sound, truly picturesque. The location is excellent, super close to two beaches that in our opinion are much better for families/kids than Grace Bay or Long Bay (they are very shallow, calm, not crowded, offer much more privacy, and have absolutely stunning blue/turquoise water!). Las Brisas restaurant a very short walk away is great too. And last but not least, Neko was an amazing host! Super responsive, accommodated our last minute request, polite…everything we could ask for in an airbnb host. 10/10!!

Wonderful stay at Swan Cottage #5! Neko was easy to communicate with throughout, although we didn’t need much help as check in / check out was easy and the cottage was perfect. Very clean and spacious layout, and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice amenities outside with the shared pool, lounge area, and kayaks to use. Very nice to have views of Chalk Sound and also just a quick walk to Sapodilla beach or short drive (~3 mins) to Taylor beach. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m on the island! The place was clean and private. About a 20 minute drive to Grace Bay. Nothing to do with the property, but highly recommend renting a 4×4 for easy, worry-free driving on the roads.

Hard pulling myself away from the shared pool because of its view of Chalk Sound! Loved taking the kayaks out each day and walked across the road to catch sunsets at Sapodilla Beach. Unit was comfortable with fast internet and a smart TV. Comfortable bed, soft towels, great water pressure. Neko was so easy to work with and a lovely person. Be sure to hit Taylor Beach, which is a short drive up the road to experience a chill beach experience with gorgeous views.

Nekos place was phenomenal… it has its own private beach entrance and an infinity pool. It’s right up the street from
sapadilla beach and the las brisas restaurant. I highly recommend his home.

This has to be the best Airbnb I ever had. Especially for my first time in Turks and Caicos. One, it was so clean, spotless and modern which I love. The pool was so beautiful and let me not forget to tell you guys the ocean view that comes with it was amazing. And kayaking is free; they have 2 that could be used by the pool side area. The host was so generous he literally helped us throughout our whole trip. He made our first day in Turks the best day ever, a memory I would never forget. He was always there for us when we needed rides to get around, helping us find car services, and also telling us the best food spots and the best places to enjoy ourselves. Neko also helped us find local water sports and Atv excursions. I had the best experience in Turks and Caicos all thanks to Neko. If you book this Airbnb you won’t regret it I promise you.

Neko responded to our last minute, super late booking quickly. The place was newly remodeled and clean. The small beach outback had 2 kayaks to go around Chalk Sound, but it isn’t for swimming. You will definitely need a renal car as this is further from the shopping and hotel areas. Taylor Bay beach is 2 mins down the road and great for families as it is shallow for a very, very long time. The pool was great and we ended up having it to ourselves as the other cottage was unoccupied while we were there. Las Brisas was a good restaurant with outdoor seating next door. Chalkies about 2 blocks away has a bar, a pool table, mini golf, beanbags, bar food and rents jet skis and ATVs. sapodilla beach is just across the road and has food and drinks.
