House had everything we needed, recently renovated and very clean. The kayaks and bay view with a private pool were so wonderful. We swam and kayaked every day. Beautiful beaches walking distance. Sopadilla has food and bar stalls and their are a few restaurants and bars walking distance too. Incredibly relaxing trip.

So spacious, very clean, comfy bed and pillows. AC was very cold. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. Great location to anywhere you want to go in Provo. Walking distance to restaurant and beach. Host was responsive and helpful. Will recommend to friends.

Our family of three enjoyed a quick getaway here. Beautifully placed on the Chalk Sound (roughly 6ft at its deepest areas!). The cottage is perfectly away from the resort area of island. Great sunrises and accessible by the complimentary kayaks! Easy 5 minute walk to Sapodilla beach across the street. Taylor beach (also known as “Sunset beach”) is a must, its a quick drive up the road! La Brisa restaurant is a 5 minute walk (a little pricy) but a great view of the sound.
Short drives: Chalkie’s is a bar and grill before you make the turn onto Chalk Sound Drive. They also have a stand on Sapodilla beach.-The Patty Place great Jamaican style patties: beef, curried chicken, shrimp, vegetable and a few specialties.- Omar’s is a beautiful on the water restaurant. The drive can be off-road or paved dependent on the route you take.- Bugaloo’s is bar and grill right next door to Omar’s-Sunny is a local supermarket.
FYI: Sound-a long, wide body of water that connects two other bodies of water

We had a great time staying here! It was so peaceful and private, and we were close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. We loved having kayaks available too. Getting a rental car is recommended for traveling to the more populated areas of the island.

Beautiful and amazing stay.
We were the first to stay at this home and we were really happy with our stay. There are a few things that needed attention but Neko took care of them right away. The home is nice and spacious. Great AC and a amazing cross breeze. The view of sound chalk is spectacular and the pool is warm and beautiful. We felt like we were in our own oasis. You will need a car because it’s about 10 minutes from the grace Bay Area. Las brisas is a great restaurant with amazing views and it’s walking distance and sepadilla bay is across the street. The house has canoes and my husband loved that. The home has great wifi and we felt very safe. The master bedroom is a nice size. The mattress is a little hard for my taste but it was still nice. The kitchen is well equipped and nice open concept. The living room is very comfortable and the TV is huge with Netflix and a few other options. Overall our stay was amazing. We did have a few glitches but Neko took care of everything right away. He is easy to communicate with and very kind. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.
