Our little family of 3 a great stay and really loved watching all of the boats coming in and out of the marina. We even saw a big shark and a sea turtle in the channels. Location was super close to a lot of activities (snorkeling, kayaking, etc).

WoW wow WoW!!! This small villa was perfect!!! We were there with our 13-year-old son. The kitchen was good, but there are a few missing accessories such as a cutting board. Otherwise, everything was there. The place is very clean and a broom is available to us during the week. As for the outdoors, it was a dream to be dreamed!!! The view of the grand hotel and marina was stunning. The pool: WoW!!! We loved ending our afternoons in the hot water of this gorgeous pool!!! In terms of communication with the host, everything was perfect!!! All you have to do is enjoy the place!!! Thanks again!!!

This home is located in the very eastern part of Providenciales. It is about a 20 mins drive from the airport. It was easy to get to, and parking was off-site in a side lot. Accessing the home was not difficult. We had access to the ground floor and pool area, which included a sitting and grilling area. The main home is not accessible (owners were not there during our stay). Small Studio space can be a little tight if you have three people; there is a loft sleeping area for one person to sleep in if needed. There was basic cooking essentials like oil, seasonings, and pots and dishware. There is no dishwasher, so if you plan on cooking and eating at home, make sure you do your dishes! Being east meant we were about a 10-12 min drive to Grace Bay Area and about a 35-40 min to the very western beaches like Malcom’s Road beach. There is a small shop with food and drinks that is either a 1 min drive or 5 min walk located in the “Blue Haven Resort” that was open from 7am-3pm. Wifi was great

Nykko was very helpful and was always available when we had questions about anything. You need a car to get from point A to B but everything is between 5-10 drive. He called around to help us get a rental car because it was so busy around Christmas time and we got lucky thanks to Nykko. Such a great host. I would recommend booking. From the scenery to the location. Perfect!

Swan Villa was fantastic. I stayed here for 4 nights (two of us) and really enjoyed our stay. The view from the private pool and patio was the definite highlight! We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it is also heated which is a plus. The unit itself is clean with a great kitchen and the in unit laundry was super convenient. Neko was a fantastic host and super responsive throughout our stay. There was an issue with the shower faucet and he had someone come immediately to fix it. The neighborhood is rather quiet as it’s very new, but felt very safe with security at the entrance of the neighborhood every night. It was also nice that the villa backyard is directly facing a huge hotel as it offered more lighting at night. There is a market within walking distance at the hotel across the water which was also convenient to buy necessities. We drove into the town everyday which was an easy 7 minute drive, highly recommend a car rental to get around. Thanks Neko!!

We had a really great time. The airbnb is in a really nice area but it’s better is you rent a car because a lot of restaurants and beaches are in the middle of the island. Neko was super proactive and super helpful.
