The place was awesome, clean and the pool was perfect. The location was a little away from a main avenue so cans was needed on a daily basis. A car rental would have helped during my stay.

THIS PLACE is amazing! I loved staying here. When I come back to TCI I am working with Neko. He was amazing, very kind and very accommodating. He helped my family and I get out of a very gross home and we enjoyed the rest of our stay at this townhome. We felt right at home with this place. It was big enough for my family and I. Neko was so helpful and so responsive. He truly is a gem in TCI. I recommend people airbnbing with Neko when going to TCI. Neko and the places he manages are BEAUTIFUL. they are fully renovated and so CLEAN!! I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This town house was perfect and equipped with everything you’d need in Turks & Caicos. The location is amazing as it is only 5 minutes from Grace Bay beach and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Neko is a fantastic host was was extremely helpful. Communication was great and flexibility on my dates was very appreciated. The home was spotless and the pool access was a great plus!

This Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous in Flamingo Park – very family friendly, great location, super comfortable & it was my home away from home. I highly recommend anyone who visits Turks & Caicos to book this Airbnb. It has an amazing swimming pool with great amenities & very close to Grace Bay Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A great asset is that the IGA supermarket was right next to us so we were able to buy groceries as often as we needed to. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again. Thank you so much Neko for being the best host & for being super accommodating! This is exactly the type of services I love & I had the best experience here 🙂

Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. It’s great appartment that had everything you might need for your stay. It’s super clean and just renovated. Comfortable bedrooms, quite. Area looks like a tropical garden and just perfect location. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and playing in the garden. Thank you Neko for being super host !
