Niko and team showed up when we needed and worked with the timelines we had. The house was in amazing shape and is beautiful great for multiple couples. Location is only negative if you want to go to town. Cab rides are very pricey. Recommend renting a car if you want to stay here just for groceries and restaurants. Only one or two are within walking distance.
Neko, Norma and JR were the best hosts. The villa is exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. NOTES: Rent a car. Turks and Caicos is pretty easy to drive in and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the house from the airport. We ordered enough groceries to get us through the first night and the next morning. Groceries were stocked in the fridge and waiting for us. That gave us enough time to figure out where the stores were located so the next day we went up the road to Sunny’s and stocked up on the rest of our food. Minor issues during our stay. One of the A/C units in a bedroom started leaking which JR promptly came by and fixed. The electricity went out one night on part of the island so we just had to be patient until it came back on. The wifi can be spotty at times so be patient with that as well. Other than that, just enjoy the vibes! I promise you will not want to leave the villa but do check out Sapodilla Beach! The recommended mobile massage team was AMAZING
Photos do not describe and capture the full beauty of this villa. Everything was exactly as described. Came to celebrate a 40th birthday with a group of 13. Beyond enough space for everyone to have their own room and privacy while the common areas fit the entire group perfectly. Neko was such a great host and very responsive to all my questions and helpful with local recommendations. The group had such a memorable time.
