The space
Gated two-bedroom villa with comfortable king-sized beds, private pool, patio, BBQ, and firepit. Villa includes an additional patio on the lake with kayaks provided. Fully stocked kitchen and brand new appliances.

you will have access to everything on the property. This villa is completely private. There will be no one on the property during your stay.
You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa’s beautiful interior, boasting coastal decor, and cozy wood touches. Many windows and patio doors throughout the unit frame the breathtaking vistas of the turquoise water. Lounge by the pool on the expansive decking surrounding the villa or choose to sit by the waters edge under the palapa with your favorite cocktail.

The villa is conveniently located beside Las Brisas Restaurant and a short 2 min walk to Sapodilla Beach. This warm shallow beach at Sapodilla is ideal for both families with young children or couples looking to soak up the sun. Try the jet skis, a rum punch or book a boating excursion that leaves directly from Sapodilla.
Flamingo Lake Villa was absolutely perfect! I have already decided that when I revisit T&C Island I will book the same villa, exactly like the pictures. The best part is that it’s PRIVATE. All the lot amenities are at your disposal. A pool all to yourself with a grill, and lounge areas. The pool may be about 4.5-5 feet for anyone wondering and there is also a nearby water source (too clear to call a lake lol) and the host leaves two canoes to enjoy. The “clear lake” is a safe depth as well and walkable for even average-height adults or adolescent children. I suggest getting a rental car if staying here as calling a taxi can become a bit of a bother especially if you are more spontaneous and might want to explore the island on your own time/schedule. Overall amazing. The villa was a little hard to find initially as the address given was a main road and does not lead directly to the villa but was an easy fix after one day of learning our way.

I gave this stay 5 stars because the host was very responsive and nice, our location was private and close to most of our interests, and the house was nice and clean but there’s also some things that could be improved on. *Roads leading up to property are not paved and hard to find at first so I commend renting truck/jeep even though we made it work in a compact (going super slow). *Net by pool would be nice. It was too dirty to swim by last day. *More kitchen tools (measuring cup/spoon, large skillet/pot) *There was ants (or ant like) bugs that kept coming back once we started buying food. Host brought bug spray right away but had to spray daily. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property and I enjoyed the kayaks.

The Villa was amazing. We enjoyed our time there, mostly in the pool and patio area. Plenty of chairs and places to lounge in and out of the sun. The neighborhood was very quiet and private. The Villa was not far from restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. I do recommend renting a vehicle if staying here. The neighborhood has dirt roads and are washed out in several areas.

This AirBnb was so amazing. The pictures really don’t do justice to the quality of the place. It was clean, comfortable, not far from our activities, and it was safe with a gate.This location is absolutely stunning with easy access to the most beautiful beaches and all the experiences in TCI plus the airport, (about 5-15 minute car ride) while being far enough away in a secluded area that you can enjoy relaxing with the sunset or sunrise views by the lake and private pool and even kayaking too with the shallow waters of the lake.I would recommend a car rental in TCI as the taxi charges per person.We got a Jeep Wrangler which we enjoyed driving around the area with the roof off.Our Host, Nawu, was so fast and amazing with communicating.She frequently checked in on us to address any needs.Our only concern was a smell that started but the area had a pipe leak which the water company was resolving but our host still sent out a plumber to check things out for us.We definitely recommend it.

Top notch! 4 ladies on a 50th birthday trip. Great location, pool, lake & clean house. Highly recommend for couples, girls trip or family. I felt like this location was kind of centrally located and easy to get around. It was nice having the kayaks. A paddle board would be amazing and some beach games. There is no outlet outside. Great stay and the host was extremely accommodating.

Our stay at Flamingo Lake Villa was incredible!!! Our host Sophie was quick to respond to messages (day and night) and was professional and prompt. Everything was clean, beautiful and easy to access. The Villa offered a pool and a dock which were great add-ons when we wanted a break from the beach. We traveled with our two young children and they referred to it as their “dream house”! It truly was a dream and we’d be back again! Thank you!

Our host was lovely. She was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The house was nice and in a good location. It was our first visit to the island so we were not familiar with the areas, but this was close to everything – not walkable though. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake too.

Gorgeous place with everything you could want: beautiful grounds, lovely stretch of Flamingo Lake just a few yards off the property, super clean and well appointed interior, very nice pool, extremely calm and private, highly safe and secure, and a wonderful host who couldn’t be more attentive and responsive. So much better than a resort. And in a very underrated area of Provo. Would jump at the chance to stay here again. 5 STARS WITHOUT QUESTION.

The house was great and nice spot for a vacation! The pool was great after a day at the beach and just a 10 minute drive to most restaurants and activities! I would recommend a car. Fresh bananas growing on the trees outside of the house were a nice touch! Sophie was very helpful!

The most amazing villa in the perfect setting. Photos don’t do it justice. Modern, clean, comfortable, and functional with the added luxury of a massive TV, swimming pool, kayaks, BBQ, super fast WiFi. Communication was super fast and friendly. Loved it so much we booked to stay an extra 2 nights!

A totally positive experience, This Villa is amazing from the views to the amenities, the view from the house was gorgeous! Nice, quiet location away from the crowds of Grace Bay, and we felt very safe at this beautiful house. The home was clean and stocked with everything needed to cook or grill, we enjoyed every morning sleeping in those comfy beds. Both rooms and bathrooms are private and a great setup for a family of 4-5 people. The pool area is all you can ask for. Everything we wanted to get to on the island was a 12-minute drive or less. We had an incredible weeklong vacation using this house. I’d suggest this house and renting from Neko to anyone looking at Provo- our first to TCI. We’ll be back!
