This is a beatiful property that is pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom villa. Outdoor spaces and the pool are fantastic. Many amenities for babies such as crib and high chair. The highlight was the most beatiful beach I’ve ever seen (Sapodilla) that’s 3 min walking distance. The host also provides you the access code to the sunbeds at the beach, and a beach umbrella, so that you don’t need to spend $30 everyday. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Michelle’s listing is everything described and more! All amenities listed are available. However, there is no AC available in any parts of the house except the two bedrooms. A fan was available and window screens are adjustable to be open. The house is clean and a very open space.
Michelle responds fast, and if anything is needed she sends someone out to get it to you.
The place is walking distance from sapodilla beach… and you have to drive everywhere else. We rented a car— the place is about 15-30 mins from everything else.
We felt safe. There are security cameras around the premises and a security at the end of the street. Plus we were 3 mins from the police department.
Very beautiful place, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic week at Harbour House. We loved the location and the peacefullness of Sopadilla Bay. Very easy to get down to the beach. Enjoyed the covered seating at the private pool when we needed to get out of the sun. The house had everything we needed. It took a day to get used to the humidity in the open part of the home but the air conditioning in the bedroom was great after being outside all day. Would definitely return!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Harbour House. The private pool was really nice to have. Michelle provides a lot of floats and other water equipment. We took advantage of the grill and eating out on the deck several nights. Everything in the house is as described in the listing. One thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the baby crib was actually a portable crib with a thick mattress, not a pack and play. This was nice because our 2.5 yrs old is just too big for a pack and play. The short walk to Sapodilla Beach was such a nice perk. The water is beautiful, and the beach was never packed with people. In order to see other parts of Turks, you will need a car. Michelle was easy to contact, and she responded quickly! We definitely recommend this house to others!

Harbour House was everything it was advertised to be! Two great beaches minutes away, Las Brisas became our favorite spot and Chalkies Sports Bar is a quick drive. Michelle was amazing, she even helped me get flowers in the villa for our arrival to surprise my wife! We will definitely look to stay at Harbour House the next time we are on the island!

We had such an amazing week staying at Harbour house. We brought out 1yrd old and found the house to have everything we needed – crib, play pen, high chair, beach wagon, plus much more! A quiet location, quick walk to the beach, close to the airport, walking distance to a great restaurant, and a quick drive to the market. Easy peasy 🙂 We are definitely going to book with Michelle again!

Had a nice stay, and Michelle was very easy to communicate and deal with. Clear instructions and the place matches the photos with no hidden surprises! Close to the beach and a restaurant within a few minutes walking. One downside was that there is a gas/oil nearby and the noise of the trucks can constantly be heard from the house, which detracted from some needed silent moments/rest. Otherwise would highly recommend, especially for those who are not light sleepers or sensitive to noise (we live in NYC but it is more noticeable since the surrounding area is so quiet).

The highlights of the house are the amenities and location! The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation including a wagon, large umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, life jackets (had at least two that fir our 4 and 6-year-olds), and beach toys. Inside, the house was comfortable and had plenty of kitchen supplies, beach and shower towels, and paper products. The location was amazing with just a short walk to Sapodilla Bay beach (perfect for young kids with its shallow and calm water) and Las Brisas restaurant.
The house itself worked well, the pool was great, and having a washer/dryer was nice even though it can’t be accessed from the main house. The only caution is that it can be loud at night from the port and nearby bar, which had a DJ one night until midnight. But, the pros definitely outweighed the cons and we had a great time!

House was good for us , didn’t want or need a larger house. Pool was great , even better once maintenance guys came and got the heater going. The host was super responsive and sent her property manager to show us how to adjust the window louvers and brought me a can opener when I saw there wasn’t one. Refrigerator needed some TLC to stop freezing everything, but again Neko came to help. Our only issue was too many mosquitoes in the house and around the property which stopped us from enjoying the outside spaces. Bring bug repellent & itch creams and sprays! I loved the floats for the pool and brought one to the nearby beach too. We didn’t cook , just had breakfast and lunch at house and all was good for that. Chalk Sound area is far from most restaurants so be prepared to drive 15-20 minutes each night. Roads are not lit well so be careful. Plenty of towels etc and we used w/d daily.

We recently came back from TCI and had an amazing time. Harbour House has the best location, literally two minutes walk to Sapodilla beach which in our opinion is the best beach on the island. The villa is very confortable and well equipped with everything you might need in a beach house. The outside area is lovely as well with a beautiful pool and different seating spots, though we didn’t use much as we were all day on the beach enjoying those spectacular turquoise waters♥️
What made it more enjoyable for us, as we were with kids, was the wagon that Michelle provided along with all the beach toys, goggles, safety vests, chairs and much more. It was perfect for a family day at the beach.
We had a wonderful vacation, we hope to be back!!

We just had a wonderful stay at Harbour House and hope to be back again soon. While you aren’t beachfront, it’s just a short walk with a private path to one of the best beaches on the island. The lawn chairs there, and the beach gear provided, were great to have. The outdoor pool and lounge area was fantastic. The path behind the house to walk to Las Brisas was so nice and easy. The baby/child gear they had was older/used but in good working order and SO nice to have and not have to pack our own. Neko the property manager was fantastic and always quick to respond. The security they had on the neighborhood was great and the guards on duty were always so nice. Overall a great place to stay and hope to return!

I honestly never write reviews but do travel frequently for both work and leisure. This house is in a spectacular location and is fabulous. Sometimes pictures look better than a home actually is but in this case we (I traveled with my husband, 2.5 year old daughter and Mom in her early 70’s.) found the house, the wrap around deck, the backyard pool and incredible outdoor living room to be way bigger and better than we’d envisioned based on the posted photo’s. The interior is all re-done with a terrific new kitchen, big dining room table that’s great for family games and couches on the front porch and lovely outside tables to enjoy the front house deck as well as the back yard deck we so nice to have. The beach is accessible via a private path a short walk away. For anyone with a little one, I can tell you how huge it was that Michelle’s home has you covered with lots of beach toys, safety vests, masks and a game changer was the wagon that’s also at the house to lug all the “stuff” that goes along with a family day at the beach. HUGE BONUS! Michelle and her house property manager, Neko, were truly incredible in being quick to reply to any emails or calls when I reached out. I emailed Michelle multiple times with a bunch of questions before arriving to T&C and she was always so nice and communicative. We actually continued our stay in T&C an additional week, moving to another house also in the same area, but actually liked Michelle’s house better and came to appreciate even more all the details and “extras” that she attended to and provided. Thank you Michelle for sharing your home; it’s truly a special place! We will be back!!!

Excellent location, literally 2 minutes walk to Sapodilla Bay beach – which is beyond beautiful! Communicating with Michelle was seamless and not only was she accommodating, Neko was nearby to help with anything that came up during our stay. We very much enjoyed out stay at Harbour House. We were there for ten days in December, 2021 and January 2022. Harbour House is located on a peninsula at the south end of the island. It is only a two-minute walk to a nice beach. It has is own swimming pool and a large terrace surrounding it. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bath, and a half-bath off of the ample living room. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with every implement one needs to cook, a four-burner stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is an enormous television in the living room. Harbour House has a separate dining room off the kitchen and a large table with chairs outdoors. There is a washer and a dryer, with laundry detergent provided. The owners have supplied many board games, DVDs and CDs. Nothing was lacking.

The house was immaculate, except for a large couch that could have used a cleaning. There was a concierge who helped us find a rental car. There is a very good restaurant across the road, La Brisas, and another, Chalkie’s, a ten-minute walk away. There is a “secret” path from the patio to Las Brisas that cuts the walk to two minutes.

The only moderating comments I will make pertain to the whole island, not to just Harbour House. Unless you want to spend your entire trip on the beach or next to the pool, you will have to rent a car. Providenciales has no real towns. What is called Downtown is a series of strip malls ringed by four traffic circles. If you want to eat other than at the two nearby restaurants, you will have to drive there. Driving at night on the left side of the road in a right-hand drive car can be a challenge. Off the beaches, Providenciales is not a particularly attractive place, either. Everything is imported. Everything is expensive.

We found the best meals were at Omar’s, which is about a fifteen-minute drive. The IGA grocery store near Grace Bay is well-stocked with brands from the US and UK. Prices are higher than where locals shop, but it is worth it. The IGA was also the only place we could find fresh baked goods. There is a Flamingo Pharmacy in the same shopping center where one can get an antigen test for $50.

This was our second time to TCI and we decided to stay away from the mainstays of Grace Bay in favor of the less trafficked / more residential area of Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. This worked out perfectly as we had a ~2-year old in tow this time around.
The beaches in this Chalk Sound area were amazing and you could literally wade in wave-free, knee-to-thigh deep water endlessly from the shores. There are a couple of dining options nearby (Las Brisas and Chalkies), which made it convenient for the lazy days but most of the restaurants were generally a 15-20 min drive away.
Our family of three (wife, toddler, and myself) enjoyed our stay at the Harbour House with the exception of a few minor hiccups. For starters, upon checking in, we discovered that water was not running in the two bathrooms (sink faucets and showers). The owner and property maintenance were responsive and remedied the issue within an hour of us notifying them (believe it had something to do with switching the incoming water main). Separately, the floors, counters, and table tops were all pretty dirty and had a layer of soot (wiped dark almost black with paper towels). This may have been partially attributed to the louvered windows and doors being left open, which did provide for some good breezes and air circulation, but also brings in some fine sand. Nonetheless, I don’t think it explains the soot, and for what it’s worth, we did leave all the louvers open throughout our one-week stay and the floors, counters, etc. never managed to show any buildup. We requested cleaning supplies from the owner, which was dropped off the next morning, and we took it upon ourselves to do some cleaning. Not a huge deal but not something guests should have to do themselves. Another nick is that the sofa in the living room was visually (and to the touch) dirty, so we actually placed towels over it when using. A new sofa was delivered though not assembled our second to last day in TCI, so the next guests will get to enjoy it.
As for the positives, the Harbour House is in a great location towards the end of a cul-de-sac and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The property is very spacious, loaded with amenities and all the little things that vacationers may have overlooked when packing (e.g. chargers of every type, bug spray, etc), and stocked with plenty of beach items (inc. kayaks, chairs, an umbrella) and toys for every member of the family. The backyard area is impressive in terms of space, landscaping, the gazebo, pool, etc., and not that it mattered to us, but the listing did show that the pool was salt water (99% sure it was not so it’s worth updating the listing). Very toddler friendly with the crib among other items and all the beach toys and wagon to lug everything to and fro. Great communication with the owner, who was very responsive and readily accommodated our request for a later check-out.
While I did have a fair amount to share about the few negative experiences with the Harbour House, which I’m sure are one-offs, my intention was not to eclipse all the pluses. All in all, I would say the pros were more than enough to offset, and we would have loved to have extended our stay but we had to get home for Xmas!

Harbour House is a great spot for those looking for some privacy and their own slice of paradise in TCI. The location was excellent as you really are only steps away from Sapodilla Bay Beach and Las Brisas restaurant. Sapodilla is the perfect spot to relax and its sunsets are incredible. The house is clean, well maintained, comfortable and stocked with anything you might need for your stay. We truly enjoyed our week in paradise.
