We had a wonderful time at Graham’s. His place is spacious and very close to everything. We had a small problem with the front door and he responded to my emails within a couple of minutes. We loved having the washer and dryer. It came in handy when our towels got too sandy and smelly. His place is very close to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Provo. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need to eat in. I will definitely be looking to come back here again. My recommendations would be to bring a cooler with you. The one in the condo is very small. If you can, bring an anchor for the umbrella. It can get very windy at Grace Bay and I saw several umbrellas taking flight. Chairs are provided on the beach at Grace Bay, but not umbrellas. He has only one. The shower is newly done. When people say the walk from the condo to the beach is less than 5 minutes. That is so true. It might be less than 3. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place in an amazing location! Such a quick walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The apartment was fully stocked with lots of beach towels wish we appreciated, and the balcony was great. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Grace Bay. The location of the Airbnb could not be better with a 5 minute walk to the beach and same to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The grounds are also beautiful with lots of plant life and a nice pool. The inside of the apartment leaves a bit to be desired. As other reviews stated, it is in need of some minor renovations, mostly aesthetic. Cabinets are peeling paint, curtains don’t keep out light, bedding could use a refresh, and shower door leaks. However, all the necessities are available: towels, soaps, kitchen utensils, TVs, and the AC works great. The lounge chairs on the beach are also super convenient. There are bikes on the balcony but are locked and we were never provided a passcode. We also had an insect problem the first night, which was quickly addressed by Neko, the onsite property manager. Otherwise, very clean. The communication did taper off at the end of the stay. Overall, a great stay for the price relative to neighboring resorts.

No umbrella covered chairs on beach so there was no shade & umbrella provided with condo was not great when windy. Great location to be able to walk to everything, bed comfortable, pool view, easy walk to beach, beach area is beautiful & you can walk for miles in either direction, pool area fantastic & well maintained. This was a last minute reservation due to a late change in my travel plans, and Graham and Neko were highly responsive and compassionate to my needs. They both worked hard to enable me to stay even though I only booked it late on the same day I was checking-in. The apartment was very clean and tidy and fresh, and had everything I needed (clean towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, etc). It was also a simple quick walk to the amazing Grace Bay beach (I wish I had had more time to spend there !!), and also easy for me to grab a meal that night at a nearby restaurant in Grace Bay (5 minute walk). Thank you Neko and Graham for taking care of me, I will definitely be back for a longer visit soon !!

First time in Turks and Grahams place did NOT disappoint. You are In the prime of Grace bay with the best restaurants walking distance, the beach is no joke 2 min walk and the pool was nice. The complex itself was very quiet and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back !

For my first three nights at this condo complex I stayed in another unit. It was less expensive and 100% better. When I entered this unit it smelled so bad I thought I would have to leave and would have but could not find a place to stay last minute. This unit is in such poor condition and it is dirty. Everything is mish mash, the cubbards in the kitchen and bathroom are falling apart, the refrigerator is disgusting and the handle is about to fall off. The couch was in poor condition and had stains. Many of the dishes, containers and cooking pans were sticky or not cleaned properly. There are no instructions for a/c or tv. The balcony is filled with junk and bicycles. The online photos are deceiving. And my stay ended with the next guest opening my door at 10:30am wanting to check in.

Graham communicated well, check-in was easy and flexible. The unit needs attention, unfortunately. It wasn’t as comfortable or hospitable as we hoped. Needed blackout shades for bedroom (was bright all night with property safety lighting), an additional blanket for the bed, bedroom furniture for clothing storage, some maintenance in the shower (the door leaked and shower head sputtered), and some touch-up paint on multiple areas of cabinetry and the ceiling. It could be quite comfortable by addressing the above concerns. The condo property is nice and well-maintained and the location provides great value. It’s walkable to the beach, resort restaurants, and the downtown shopping and restaurant district of Grace Bay.

The location was absolutely great. As everyone else has stated, its a few minute walk to the beach and to the shops!! We rented a small car to get around the island, but you can easily rent the bikes and move around quite easily as well. The room was clean, and all utensils you need are there too. Glad we got this rental, will be booking again when we come back to the island!

LOCATION!
The location of Graham’s place was perfect for us. A short bike ride to the large grocery store Graceway Gourmet, and a short walk to everything else; the beach, bars and restaurants, and there is a small convenience store right across the street in a little shopping center.
We never had a bad meal while on the island but my favorites were The Deck which is a short walk along the beach to the east and Hemingway’s which is a walk along the beach to the west. Both have incredible beach atmosphere, food and service. You also have your own little beach access with chairs specifically for the apartment.
My primary recommendations for the stay are: bring a small cooler as a carry on or medium cooler as a check bag for lazy days at the beach, the one provided at the condo is barely big enough for a bottle of rum and A little ice; bring your own insulated cup (yeti, rtic, ozark trail, etc.) to keep your drinks colder longer and you’re allowed to bring your own cup on all of the boat excursions around the island for unlimited rum punch; lastly, if you can swing it, I highly recommend getting a private boat charter for a full day or snorkeling and then hanging at around the stunning waters of the little cays, and surrounding islands.

Location: Graham’s place is SO close to the beach. It’s super convenient. NOTE: the beach was super windy in April.
Amenities: The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances – from pots and pans to blenders to potato peelers! There also is a cooler, which is great for the beach and raft/tube, an umbrella and beach towels.
Cleanliness: house is super clean and in order
Communication: clear communication and easy to know checkin instructions. We had an unexpected issue with construction from the neighbor below and Graham was SUPER responsive and worked hard on addressing it. AND he gave us an early check-in, which was clutch for my son who needed to take a nap!
This is a great option if you want to be in Grace Bay.

Graham’s condo was the perfect location, short walk to the beach and walking distance to shopping and several restaurants.
It was so nice to have chairs already at the beach for us, umbrella bases would have been nice, as the winds were just strong enough not to hold the umbrellas in the sand. The beach closest to the condo is quiet and has soft sand, no rocks, or shells to worry about and can be walked to in five minutes. We brought inflatables with us, but there were some at the condo for us to use.
Water is safe to drink but we brought filters for water bottles and glad we did.
Renting a vehicle will allow for seeing the entire island but if an amazing beach and nice pool in a great location is all you are looking for than this is the place!

Grahams Condo was accurately described. Very clean , stocked with toilet paper and paper towels , cookware, utensils and applicances, cooler for the beach etc. . Probably best to plan ahead and rent a beach umbrella at one of the nearby locations as it can be too windy for the ones at the condo.
Location, Location , Location! The best part was the Location. A five minute walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach where there were lounge chairs on a not very crowded beach ( kind of in between more crowded resort beach areas) . Also a five minute walk to the town area with many restaurants , bars and cafes to choose from as well as a variety of shops . We rented a car mostly for transportation from the airport and it stayed parked during our 4 day stay except for one trip to the IGA grocery store. There was another market which about a 15 min walk away if you dont have a car. When researching whether I needed a car and pricing out Taxi rides I found it less expensive to rent for the 4 days then the cost of taxi transportation.
There are a few nice restaurants right on the beach that are within a 10-15 min walk.
The 2nd Fl patio overlooking the pool was nice to hang out on. There is new building construction across the street which can be a little noisy at times ( on the patio) but it never disturbed our sleep inside.
We did bring bug spray as we did read about the mosquitoes at night but they were not too bad. ( Consumer reports rates Repel Lemon Eucalyptus insect repellent as the best natural deet free and that worked for us)

The pool was delightful and was never crowded.
We found a Facebook Group called ” What to do in Turks and Caicos” which had very helpful posts and reviews from both travelers and locals. I found a woman named Cha in that group that made gift baskets and I surprised my wife with a delivery of a custom made basket of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for her birthday from @sugarrushby_cha. The website also helped us choose the righty dining experiences. You can ask anything like “What’s the best Lobster Dinner ” or get info on local excursions and get many responses.
Overall, for a beach vacation at a place that truly has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world , Grahams place was affordable, near everything we needed and the right choice for us!

Easy 2 min walk to beach, some restaurants, & shopping. Listing is as described. Clean & well stocked. The extra towels provided are nice. We did still rent a car as we drove to the local supermarket a couple times and out to eat. Definitely check out the oxtails at Omar’s Beach Hut! Ate there several times. Best food we had on the island. As you’re basically on the main beach, excursions are easily taken from the area as well, with pickups provided.

The location is key. The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, quiet beach. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from some of the other resorts in the area, so it makes the apartment itself, and the beach nearby, very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very easy to get to from the airport and is a 2-minute walk to multiple restaurants, bars, and souvenir shopping. About a 10-15 minute walk to a grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.

Graham’s place was great. I believe we got lucky when we arrived; Niko, the local manager gave us some basic information about the apartment, how to work the remote controls for the televisions and the air conditioning. He also gave us some basic information about the neighborhood.
In prior reviews I read that the place was not stocked with much but maybe they were just having a bad week, the place was nicely stocked.
There was toilet paper, paper towels, pots and pans and utensils for cooking anything you would want.
There was bath towels, shampoo and soap along with beach towels to take to the beach. There was also a cooler there we could have taken to the beach but didn’t use as well as a beach umbrella.
There was a regular coffee maker, which I had inquired about prior to going. I was going to be staying for four nights with my boyfriend so rather than buying coffee every morning (from next door) I just brought a little ziplock baggie of coffee and some coffee filters (which, the filters we’re also there for use).
The place was very clean and well organized. The patio was beautiful overlooking the pool, even though you couldn’t see the ocean from the patio it was about a 6-minute walk.
There was a closet in the bedroom with hangers which was very convenient for hanging things and organization.
There was a drying rack on the patio for our wet suits and towels which was nice.
We did decide to rent a car for the four nights that we would be there which I am glad we did (parking on site was very convenient). Driving on the left side of the road took a little getting used to but it was ok. There was a snorkeling beach (Coral Reef Gardens) about a 10-minute drive West of the place. The car was convenient to get back and forth to the airport, the snorkeling beach and the other hotels nearby where my family was staying. Since there were restaurants at the resorts nearby (Sands and Palms) parking at the other places was also simple and convenient.
Immediately to the east of the place was the strip with a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants. I also saw a place across the street from nextdoor to rent bicycles.
We did get bicycles from a different place my family was staying at nearby, which was nice to be able to get into the neighborhood and enjoy the scenery by bicycle.
I think that the air conditioning worked wonderfully because there were times where I was chilly inside the apt but my boyfriend gets warm easily, he didn’t seem to complain about weak air conditioning that I read on a prior review. With all things considered, the weather wasn’t extremely hot during our stay.
I was very glad to read one of the other reviews where the person mentioned to bring bug spray. They were not extremely horrible but if you get bit up, it was nice to have for dusk.
I just poured some “off” in a little travel container spray bottle and it was perfect, rather than buying one at the supermarket for $12.
We also decided to get liquor from duty free on our way over to save money rather than buying it at the local supermarket (where we bought mixers).
We would definitely stay at Graham’s place again. Maybe next time we would try to take advantage of that common grill down by the pool.

Graham’s place was fantastic for our vacation. The location is perfect; walking distance to everything in Grace Bay. We didn’t even get a rental car. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and when we ran out of soap or toilet paper the local property manager restocked things very quickly. The WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. We were very comfortable the whole time and highly recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately we had to leave early. He didn’t tell us there was construction going on that woke us up our first three mornings in a row to drilling right outside our bedroom windows which was extremely exhausting. The bed is very uncomfortable and the airconditioner is enough if you don’t need a place that is cooler than 75 degrees. a positive note: The condo itself and location are perfect. The host doesn’t think he needs to supply soap, shampoo, etc even though it was on the listing or more than 1 roll of toilet paper so be prepared to spend extra money on supplies at the store. if you’re coming from the US, be prepared to spend double or triple on those supplies. It’s very expensive over there. When I tried texting the host about it, he ignored me. he’s been a super host up into this time so I’m hoping that we were just a fluke and maybe he was just having a bad week. People are human :/

Super close to everything. This is a condo so plan on going grocery shopping! (For basics and bottled water etc) Groceries are very expensive here FYI. A box of special K cereal was $9. But it beats going out for breakfast everyday. Coffee shops and restaurants and souvenir shops were super close to walk to, but having a car or bike will really help you get around especially if you need to grocery shop. It’s a good 20-30 minute walk to the nearest one. We felt very safe walking around even at night.
Taxis are accessible but they are all privately owned and don’t really work after hours. The casino offers free shuttle service if you go! Take advantage! If you go to the fish fry (highly recommend) on Thursday night take a taxi! It’s way too far to walk!!
Plan to pack some essentials for your stay like soaps, detergent (if you wanna use the washer dryer in the condo), bug spray… although there were some left in the condo (mosquitos are BAD!), and bring a floatie for the pool! the beach was very close but kinda hard to find. It was a quick 5-8 min walk.

The unit is practically just on the second row of buildings from the beach. Just a short walk to the endless beach of Grace Bay, where you can find your favorite location for swimming. The flat is equipped with almost everything you would need. Good to have washer in the unit. We would prefer a clothes horse to hang our laundry for drying because we don’t want to put every fabric in the available dryer. The ac in the bedroom is working perfectly but the ac in the living room is a bit noisy. The on-site manager was very quick in responding to requests. It was in general the perfect location for us as an extension of our resort holiday.

Graham’s place is in a central location, reasonable and clean. We needed use of the sleep sofa and were happily surprised when a brand new one showed up upon our arrival. Graham had his manager meet us and answer any questions we had. We only needed Graham’s place for one night and we extremely grateful for his hospitality. Many thanks again Graham!!

I loved the place, Graham was super easy to work with, very hands off, which is what we wanted coming to the island. Just relax. The location was perfect, in the heart of Grace Bay, walking distance to everything, and it took about 1 minute to walk to the beach.

The apartment setting was perfect for what we wanted on this vacation. It is in the heart of Grace Bay, so everything is accessible by walking. Truly enjoyed the privacy and all the little things provided in the apartment that we didn’t even think about like beach chairs and an umbrella!

Getting to the apt was easy and Graham sent us all the information to make sure we could access it without any problems. He and his local POC were quick to assist and very prompt with their communication. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
