This house was prefect for our group with 2 couples. It was just like the pictures and very close to the water in chalk sound bay. We enjoyed cooking, using the pool, kayaks and paddle boards.

We were in need of a peaceful, private and relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got! We would definitely book this location again! Neko even helped with the communication with delta and delivery drivers when our luggage didn’t arrive for 24 hours. The house looked exactly as described and we enjoyed cooking meals there and the amazing view!
Our only negative was that the house was VERY hot when we arrived and took until roughly the next morning to actually cool off upstairs. Recommendation would be to either request that the A/C is turned on a few hours before your arrival or head straight to the house to turn the AC on before you run to the grocery store, etc. Once the house cooled off, I can confirm that the A/C works VERY well!

The house was beautiful. The view from the bedrooms, balconies, pool, living area, and kitchen were absolutely breathtaking. House was mostly clean with the exception of some stains on the sheets, which I didn’t necessarily mind because they had at least been ran through the washing machine, but my girlfriend wasn’t happy about them. The glass on the upstairs banister balcony was dirty, as well. There were ants and a baby lizard inside the house, which is somewhat expected in a tropical environment, but it wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying here again. Aside from those few negatives, this place is incredible. I absolutely stay here again. The price point was good for being in Turks and Caicos and with all of the included amenities. Neko was very easy to work with. He came by once while we weren’t there, so we never got to meet him, but our interaction with him over text was always very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here next time I visit.

We absolutely loved our stay – the view is breathtaking and there’s so much outdoor space to enjoy it! The house is well stocked for cooking and has everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, etc.). We also enjoyed using the kayaks and snorkeling gear. We rented a car and explored the island but also enjoyed the beach at Taylor Bay and spending time at the pool at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The view is superb. The pool area is very nice. However there are some things that need improvement. Not enough glasses, silverware, plates. Inadequate spin cycle in washing machine. Two of the sliders to the deck don’t work properly. Cover over cistern in laundry room is dangerous. Bedside lamp in one of bedrooms does not switch off properly. Handheld shower in the other bedroom ( right side at top of stairs) drips constantly.
We also would have appreciated the host coming to greet us and help with general information, although he was very courteous when we called him on the phone.

Stay here!!! It’s one of the most beautiful views to wake up to. The house is clean and well kept. Cozy enough for 2 couples. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. There is an amazing beach, sopadilla beach down the road and las brisas restaurant is good too. (Some of the highlights). If you want to feel immersed in the beauty the island has to offer without the commercial resorts stay here. House has most everything you need to cook some meals at home as well.

My wife and I had an amazing stay! The photos don’t do the house or the views justice! We loved everything about the house, the private / quiet location and the amenities. The private beach is a little rocky, but once you get in, it’s soft and relatively clear. Absolutely loved paddle boarding and getting to watch all the fish. When we were there the little cove was housing baby/young marlin! Also, a rental car is highly recommended, this house is pretty far off the beaten path. Sapodilla Beach is right down the road, but the real hidden gem is Taylor Bay which is a little hard to find the first time, but 100% one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The house was very well stocked, the communication was spot on, and we very much appreciated having everything we’d need: dishes, linens, kayaks, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and more. The views are breathtaking, the pool is stunning, access to the beach is great. It’s not the most amazing swimming beach but we were still in the water there every day! There are fans and air conditioners in all the rooms, large closets, a well stocked kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, and more. We made a couple trips to the local grocery stores which are wonderful, if not horrifyingly expensive (but so is everything in TCI)! A rental car is a must if you’re staying here and a drive over to Grace Bay is east and only 20 minutes or so. It’s nice to leave the resorts behind and come home to this lovely, very private, little piece of paradise.

We luvd this villa. Only 15 mns from PLS. The pool was nice and warm and spectacular views day and night. The beach was clear but we used it more for kayaking but one can still swim and snorkel (white fish and small marine life only) all day. The chalky sand is not the most ideal for easy swim and glide but still swimmable but water hurts the eye more here since the water is more salty in this part of TCI than the other beaches in the island so bring your goggles.

Beautiful off the beaten path. Perfect private beach off the back where water for the most part is 5ft or less. Clean cool plunge pool and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue was the ants but if you keep tidy and place food items in fridge you’re good. I must say the ants had NOTHING to do with the cleaning crew as those people cleaned that house top to bottom and left it immaculate. Will stay every time I’m on the island. It’s a true home away from home.

My wife and I chose this beautiful villa for our honeymoon! The villa’s location is absolutely perfect! You are a 1/2 mile walk to Taylor Bay and a mile from Sapodilla Bay (Both are top 10 places to see). Additionally the house provides access to kayaks, paddle board, and snorkel gear that you can use off the back of the house! I highly recommend this house to families and couples who want to enjoy time together!!!

This Villa is amazing from the views to the amenities. Grilling poolside while looking at the blue of the Chalk Sound is something I’ll never forget. Being walking distance to quiet Taylor Bay and very close to party central Sapodilla beach makes a wonderful place to stay for sunsets at the beach. Avoid the crowds and stay at this beautiful home away from home.

The house was perfect and better than expected. Neko was a great host and genuinely cares about your stay. The house was perfectly and peacefully located on the Sounds with beautiful water, views and sky. Very little traffic or people on this side. The house was clean, modern and comfortable and just the right size. We had Neko grocery shop and enjoyed making some meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed and plenty of glassware and a pro blender for those frozen drinks. The bathrooms were clean, new and modern. They provided good shampoo, soaps and nice bathroom and pool towels. The Beds were very comfortable and temperature was great to open up all the windows and doors – but there is a room AC that works great should it be hot or humid any nights. The pool was very nice and clean – a little cool during winter at night but felt great during the day. We played a little in the sound with the kayaks and stand up paddle board but the wind and current kept us close to home. The house is close to 2 public beaches- one Sp beach with all the amenities of a bustling resort beach (beach bars, vendors, food and characters hustling) – the other, Taylor Bay was a peaceful, luxury paradise. Both white sand beaches and turquoise water and it was nice to do both. We traveled across the island to Smiths Reef but there is not much snorkeling from shore and it would be best to take a tour out to the reefs. We did that and it was great. We had sunsets, sunrises, a Full Moon and dark stary skies all from the house. Omar’s was delicious and our local close favorite for Conch and Rum. There are a couple other places close in the neighborhood but you can really get anywhere in 15-20 minutes- including the airport. We rented a jeep from D&B and they were very easy and kind. It was so relaxing and peaceful, the house was 5 stars and really was a highlight to an epic trip to Turks. Thank you!

A total positive experience. The place is exactly as portrayed in the listing, but somehow better when you actually experience it. Being able to jump in a kayak and explore Chalk Sound is a great perk. The cleaning staff had done a great job pre-arrival and it was spotless.
Neko is an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. A helpful, responsive host is key to a great experience, and Neko delivers.
I highly recommend Neko and this place. Could not be more pleased.

Neko is a lovely host & the villa is in a great location (if you are familiar with the island). I would consider this a well stocked Airbnb complete with beach towels & snorkel gear. The bed view out to the water is a treat. Mornings on the patio drinking coffee overlooking the sound, is an ideal way to start your day! If you are wanting to be in the center of activities etc this may not be the best location as a car is necessary and it’s approx 20ish min from main Grace Bay. I also recommend stopping by Sonny’s grocery to get what you need for basics (snacks/drinks) -closest to the villa. Don’t sleep on eating/takeout from Las Brisas and make sure you pay Omar’s a visit for fish tacos. I’ve stayed all over the island and this is by far my favorite side because it’s so chill. Wow. This place is incredible, and Neko is a truly wonderful host. His communication with us was great from the moment we booked, even checking in along the way to make sure we were up to speed on the latest COVID requirements for TC.
Neko met us at the house when we arrived to walk us through the myriad of amenities, and then left us to explore the island. We had a couple of minor needs with the house in our first two days, and Neko was quick to address them!
We took full advantage of the outdoor grill (grab some fresh caught lobster in front of the SAMs building and grill it up—you won’t regret it!), the kayaks and paddle board (the latter was a novelty for us, but we took the kayaks out almost every day for some exercise and to explore Chalk Sound). We also used the very adequate snorkel gear that Neko provided to spend multiple days exploring Smiths Reef.
Absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This place is amazing, hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice and I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Rarely is an Airbnb better than it looks in picture.
Right on Chalk Sound, with insane views – there is a small private beach and entry into the water (not really a swimming spot, but great place to relax by the wind and go kayaking with included kayaks). Nice and private.
Pool overlooking the water was awesome. Was a little dirty when we arrived but Nikko sent over a crew first thing next morning to clean.
Don’t know what else to say about this place other than it was perfect.
Scuba gear, kayaks, beach chairs and mats, fully equipped kitchen, 2 matching master bedrooms each with wall in closet and en-suite bathroom.
Wake up to panoramic views of the sound – simply beautiful. The place was so gorgeous we felt guilty for our on beach time that we weren’t at the villa.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, or accommodations. Neko was awesome! I forgot to text him when we arrived at the airport, and he was already two steps ahead. He knew our arrival time and had been to the house and opened it for us. When I called he told us to go in and was there within minutes to great us and show us around. The photo’s online can’t even depict the beauty of this home, or it’s views in real life. It’s absolutely stunning! We couldn’t have asked for a better location, and the amenities it comes with. The home was clean and stocked with everything needed to cook or grill, shampoos and soaps which was awesome as I forgot my face soap, and umbrellas. One doesn’t want to think about the use of an umbrella while on vacation, but they came in handy. We were staying at the home when Fred rolled through and happy to have them. Lots of nice touches were well thought out in this home.
This home truly is spectacular. This was our first time to stay in Chalk Sound, and we loved it. There wasn’t a person around when we were there. We would occasionally see the Las Brisas boat go by (which I also highly recommend renting), but that was it. It was like we had the whole sound to ourselves. We had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding all over it. I do strongly recommend taking water shoes. When exploring the islands the sand is very mushy where you need to get off and pull the kayaks on land.
I could go on and on…5 stars across the board. Amazing home, and host. Thank You!
