Fantastic location, right in the heart of the main Grace Bay area. The pool at the condo was nice and just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the incredible beach. Just an easy walk to all of the great restaurants in the area. We did have an issue but it was dealt with immediately by Neko and Michelle. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

If you’re on the fence about booking this place, do not hesitate! Book immediately! The location couldn’t be better- 3 minute walk to the beach, and even less to the most incredible local coffee shop- Lemon To-Go, boutiques, restaurants and more. Truly the location is walkable to any of the restaurant hot spots on your list!
As far as the actual space, it was exactly as shown in the pictures, but felt even bigger! We went as a family of 4 with a two year old and 7mo old, plus my mom. My mom pretty much had her own wing of the Airbnb, complete with her own bathroom, kitchenette, living area, dining corner… more than she needed! The main space was modern and open. We loved our private outdoor patio that had sliding door entrances from our bedroom, living room and kitchen area. There was a HUGE closet with TONS of floaties, kids sand toys, a beach bag, blanket, a cooler, chairs, and a beach umbrella. There was even a cart that came in super handy to lug all over our gear to the beach!

I’ve been coming to Providenciales for 28 years and have stayed in many places and all over the island. This was my first trip brining elderly family members so wanted a place that offered everything needed within, and in close proximity to shops, cafes and restaurants, the beach and a small pool. This place is exactly that and more. The fabulous layout offered the ability to all be together or retreat for a little privacy. Most notable for me was the clean space with zero clutter yet fully stocked with beach chairs, pool noodles, all the kitchen gear you could want and more. Fabulous all around and thrilled to have discovered!

I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay at Suli! We had 5 people (2 adults/3 college kids) & had plenty of room without feeling like we were stepping on each other. It was clean & bright and the master bed was surprisingly comfy. We were a little concerned about the location being off the beach, but the walk to get there was really easy and we loved being able to walk to restaurants/shops/bars so quickly. I was also a little concerned about the safety and being loud since it was on the main road, but it was never a concern. It was easy to get in/out, and even though its surrounded by activity, it felt like we had enough privacy. It was also one of the most well-stocked AirBNB’s I’ve ever visited. It surprised us that there was no oven in the main kitchen, but once we figured out that the kitchenette had one it wasn’t an issue. We would absolutely love to come back again!

The location of the Airbnb couldn’t be any better. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and was located right on the Grace bay tourist area. The apartment was very homey , comfortable , and beautiful. I strongly recommend

What an awesome place to stay to experience TCI. We never felt the need to rent a car, as everything we needed was within walking distance (beach, groceries, cafes, restaurants, convenience store, shops, etc). The condo was large and modern and had everything we needed on-site. The condo has its own private outside space. The pool area was private and not heavily used. The condo configuration was perfect for two couples and would also work well for a family. Michelle was terrific to deal with throughout. She answered all my questions quickly and was interested in making sure our vacation was perfect. Be ready to pay more for things on island but it is worth it. The beach and turquoise water alone made it worthwhile. During our stay, it was not busy in the community or on the beach. We will be back for sure.

Suli is a lovely apartment, very centrally located in Grace Bay, a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach with shops & restaurants across the road.

Michelle’s condo is pretty perfect. I have stayed in this complex before and the location and size of the complex is so nice. It’s very quiet but right In the hot spot on Grace Bay. You do not walk out on to the beach but it’s a super short walk. The condo is very clean, newly renovated, modern, good ac, WiFi.. My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids because we aren’t resort people and I like to have a little more space and washer and drier. We will for sure stay here again. Oh and Michelle is very good with communication. This is a gem!
