Swan Villa comprises three self-contained units in the high-end neighborhood of Leeward and offers guests all the amenities of a waterfront villa. Two of the units are available for rental together or separately.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with his & hers sinks & shower.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, full ensuite bathroom with his & hers sinks & shower. It also has a loft with a queen size bed for two additional guests and a side door leading to the pool area.
STUDIO
Located on the canal side of the building, the studio has a pool & water view with a kitchen, full bathroom/tub, washer & dryer, and a queen size bed. It also has a loft with a twin-size bed.
