The property and location were amazing! It is secluded but Providenciales is within a reasonable driving distance.
Be sure to rent a car and be prepared to relax and enjoy the morning sunrise!

My wife and I took our 2.5 year old son for a 5 night getaway in March for my wife’s birthday. This was a great spot for us having a little one two maintain nap schedule and bounce back and forth to and from condo.
This is not a resort but a condo community with much more of a family vibe. Many tenants live there full time. This place is far from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the tourist area which is what we wanted.
You absolutely must rent a car here. There is a 5 mile hard packed dirt road but totally manageable for any competent driver. Just take it slow and enjoy the fact you are in a Caribbean island and you shouldn’t have many issues. We rented a Midsize Kia sedan and it did fine. Having the car is what made the trip so great we were able to venture out and see places like Taylor bay beach which is a must. The fish fry they hold every Thursday night is also a must. Get there early it gets packed.
We bought groceries at the Grace Bay IGA which is about 20-30 min drove from the point. It had everything we needed and more. Prices are high but it’s relative. We spent about $450 on booze and food for five nights and had more than enough. We also ate out a few times and spent between $100-250 for a family of three.
The restaurant on premise is a one man show run by Eddie. It’s not all encompassing and it is on island time but he was great and fed us the night we arrived. Decent food and a small selection of alcohol. They do have a grill on site for guest use as well. We cooked a meal one evening. Several folks were using but we all had a beer together and chatted while we cooked.
The beach and views were amazing and running down to grace Bay Area was an easy car ride to go check out the shops etc.
Owners were responsive of our needs and everyone at condo area was awesome. Be sure to request any child specific amenities prior to arrival. They are listed but only available upon request.
If you are looking to isolate and have a true quite and relaxing Caribbean vacation this is the spot for you.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. There were a few issues- toliet broke and tv wasn’t working, BUT Neko (the host) was very quick to respond and fixed the issues immediately. The hot tub was broken during our stay so we couldn’t use that. There is about a 5 mile gravel road leading to the resort which honestly was just miserable (our car broke down because of it). But the condo was very clean modern and gorgeous. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The ocean water was pristine at the resort but much seaweed. They did have people cleaning up the seaweed but that needed to happen a few times throughout one day and it was cleaned every few days. The staff was very friendly and check in was so easy!!! My family and I would stay again! Thanks Neko!
