Amazing vacation at coastal vibes villa. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need. Loved visiting iguana island with our daughter on the kayaks and walking right across the street to sapodilla beach for the best sunsets. Really no need to ever leave the property. Grace bay beach is beautiful if you want deeper waters to swim in but sapodilla and Taylor bay are great with kids. Best meal we had was right down the street at Bungaloos. Snorkeling equipment was great when we went to somewhere cafe. Get your tacos/margaritas and snorkeling in one stop. But most of all we enjoyed just hanging out at the property longing by the pool and having all our meals outside. Beware the bugs are bad but the trip was worth every bug bite. We loved being right on Chalk sound with access to kayaks. Taylor bay is super close and was our favorite beach. Definitely needed the rental car to get to the Grace Bay Area for majority of restaurants. We liked the living space being separated from the bedrooms. We utilized the snorkeling gear, paddle board, and cornhole. The outdoor sitting areas were perfect. Amazing trip and a great Airbnb!

We absolutely loved this Villa. It was beautiful and clean and they had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view of Chalk Sound was breathtaking and we were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa. Beautiful views of Chalk Sound. Loved kayaking on the sound. And Sapodilla Beach was a short walk across the street. Also loved Taylor Bay. Which was a short drive. Outdoor spaces were beautiful also.
This is our second visit to Turks and Caicos. On our last visit we stayed directly on Grace Bay. Although it was beautiful, if we visit again we would stay on Chalk Sound.
The villa was clean and beautifully decorated.
Also we traveled with our 10 month old granddaughter. We only had room for a few toys in our luggage. Was pleasantly surprised to find toys provided. They were s lifesaver.
Once again loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

Overall, the home was gorgeous. It was well kept and maintained, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. Cornhole on the beach was a great touch. If you stay here you definitely need a car as it is more remote but that also made it very peaceful. Our only complaint was the check in process and cleaners. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, however, the cleaners did not leave the property until 5:45pm. We were able to bring our things in but it was very awkward to enjoy and begin our vacation as people were still there for almost two hours. In general, would definitely recommend and return.

This was my 4th trek back to the islands and this stay by far was the best. There is always pressure to pick the perfect place with amenities, location, comfortability and style…. Look no further as this property has it all!
It’s a 3 minute walk to one of the top 3 beaches on the island, a 12 minute drive to the infamous Grace Bay (if crowds are your jam), a 10 min drive to the IGA and a 3 minute drive to Taylor Bay (my fave as it’s never populated).
The space itself has EVERYTHING anyone would want for the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, kayaks, cooler) along with EVERY amenity you hope to get for the intangibles (Bluetooth speaker, twister, coffee pot, full kitchen, outside and inside dining, blender, etc).
The set up is also brilliant as the living pod makes it less intrusive (if you have 4 not 6 people) as the bedrooms are separated. If someone likes sunrise and someone likes brunch, the space lends itself to allow everyone to enjoy at their own pace.
The AC’s are great, the BBQ grill is a plus and the deck pool is perfect to watch the clouds turn magenta with the sunsets (BTW – the sunrise view is to die for)

The only thing I would recommend is a small fridge for the living pod. Yay fuck someone gets a snack urge or needs some cold water, having that in the hallway would be perfect. It also allows the 5th and 6th to not be disturbed. Def not a necessity, just an observation.

Stayed for 6 night in August 2022. The house is as described. The house is less than a two minute walk from Sapodilla Bay. I actually timed my walk and it is about 1.5 minutes from the edge of their property to when you step foot on the beach. We used the canoe (or tried to as it was difficult to use with four people crammed in), the paddle board and kayak. You will need a car but it seems like it is only 20 minutes from any beach or restaurant you go to as that is what our phone maps told us for most trips from the house. The sound isn’t really a place you want to swim so if you are looking to swim the pool and Sapodilla Bay are the places to swim. The house has a great view of the turquoise water. It appears that the part of the sound that touches the property has upside down jellyfish and more plant life than the rest of the sound. The jellyfish are cool to look at and touch with the paddles but from what we understand they do sting. We did have a few minor issues but the owners were very responsive and took the correct steps to rectify the issues. I will not rate down a place for issues outside the owners’ control. The biggest issue we had was that on our first night, Las Brisas had a party called Legal Luau that happens only twice a year (per the party’s social media pages). The party had about five DJs and goes from 9pm to 2am. We could clearly hear the DJs even with the windows closed. It was amazing how loud and clear the sound travels across Chalk Sound. I was also amazed that no one complains about the music but it was the off season for TCI. That was the only night we heard any noise from the restaurant. Overall a great house and location.

Chantal and Dave’s home was beautiful.
The setting was breathtaking. We had a fabulous and very relaxing time.
This Airbnb has everything you need and more. Our favorite restaurant, Las Brisas is in walking distance.. The staff were wonderful and so friendly.
There is a beach across the street from Chantal and Dave’s home with lots of water sports to avail of.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time in Turks and Caicos and stayed at Chantal and Dave’s home from Tue to Sunday. It was the perfect setup for our family vacation. We traveled with our grown daughters, son-in-law, and 2 year old grandson. The villa’s setup is great for families. We had a few questions when we first arrived and the property manager was immediately helpful. We had originally thought about hiring a chef for main meals but the open floor plan and very well equipped kitchen negated our need. Dave and Chantal supplied a well put together packet with restaurants, maps, local beaches, grocery stores and everything you might need. On the night we wanted to eat out for a celebratory dinner, we walked to a restaurant very close to the villa for a wonderful meal. The villa came equipped with canoe, kayak and paddle board. We were out on the water every day. We had the perfect vacation and would absolutely recommend staying in the villa. The last time we were in Turks and Caicos a year ago, we stayed in one of the luxury resorts. This was our very first time ever using Airbnb in any location. We would absolutely go the Airbnb route again with Coastal Vibes Villa.

Exquisite house with an exquisite view, with a couple things to be aware of:
Staying here was a dream come true. I cried when I left. It is one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The house and grounds were immaculate and beautifully designed. Now that I’m home, I still think about that incredible shower. Every day before we left for an activity and when we came home, I was thrilled to be in that space. The hosts gave us such good information. And the property manager was very helpful a couple times when we really needed him.
We wound up going to the Grace Bay area every day for either an activity or a restaurant, so we did a lot of driving. We didn’t mind, but it’s something to consider.
The Chalk Sound area is windy, more so than other areas. We had a canoe adventure where we couldn’t make it back to the house and had to be picked up in a truck. Also in the evenings it was sometimes unpleasant to sit outside.
Also, know ahead of time that the restaurant Las Brisas sometimes plays very loud music. That bothered us, but might be fun for you.
One of my favorite things to do was a morning cold plunge in the pool. It was so energizing. After the morning, it was difficult to hang out at the pool because there was no shade. My husband was ok sitting under the slatted roof, but the sun streaming in was still too much for me.
The house next door was under construction the whole time we were there. There was also a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. I was able to ignore it and just focus on the exquisite beauty.
We think these things are good to know ahead of time, and we are so grateful for this house. We created so many amazing memories here.

Chantal & Dave’s place is lovely- private, yet steps away from the entrance of Sopadilla Bay beach which is full of activities and picturesque views. We were able to stroll over to Las Brisas for a morning coffee, or a delicious dinner. Mornings spent kayaking the sound and feeding the iguanas (our teenagers favorite) was a huge treat. The Chalk Sound is a beautiful and quiet area tucked away from the more touristy areas around Grace Bay, yet less than a 20 minute drive away. Taylor Bay, down the road, is a gorgeous and quiet beach, and we enjoyed snorkeling around the dock and rocky areas. Communication with the hosts were prompt and thorough, and the caretaker of their property is super helpful. If we ever venture back to Turks, we will definitely be considering this place again. It is hard to find anything to complain about once you let yourself relax and soak up the island vibes.

If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Coastal Vibes is a completely self-contained villa that boasts all of the amenities one would expect in paradise: comfortable living and sleeping pods, enormous deck space, modern kitchen and equipment, and amazing views. Add to that access to the Chalk Sound and an amazing beach right across the street, there’s really no reason to go anywhere else, unless stocking up on groceries, dining out in amazing restaurants, or exploring some of the other beautiful beaches on the islands.

We just returned from our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa, and it was fantastic! The accommodations were modern, spacious, comfortable, clean, and inviting. Everything we needed was made available by our hosts! The location was excellent, and we loved our private beach space and all the outdoor recreational equipment. The service was excellent and Neko, the property manager, stopped by on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t say enough good things about our time at the villa and the accommodations and look forward to staying there again in the near future! Beautiful home in a gorgeous area! Sapodilla Bay is one of the best beaches in T&C and the view to the Chalk Sound was amazing. Place is exactly as described and it’s bigger and nicer than the pictures. Entire house is fully equipped with everything you need. 3 minutes walk to the beach and Las Brisas restaurant but definitely recommend renting a car. Most amenities in Grace Bay are within 15/20 car ride. Super easy check-in and check-out process. We will definitely be back.

Family of 5 stayed 8 nights at the Coastal Vibes Vila in April 2021. Owners communicated clearly and quickly from booking to departure. Property manager greeted us on arrival, explained things about the house and the surrounding area and was available for any questions throughout our stay. Owners responded to any questions almost immediately. E-Book with local info, restaurants and attractions was provided prior to arrival and contained useful information. On arrival we found a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter – nice welcoming touch. The place was clean and recently remodeled. Kitchen was fully stocked with all neccesities and beyond. This was our second trip to T&C and we wanted to stay away from the big resorts and touristy beaches and restaurants due to Covid. This place served that purpose very well. It was quiet and we felt safe at all times. House has a security alarm system and a safe to store valuables. Picturesque Sapodilla beach is a 3 minutes walkaway and the villa sits on the blue lagoon with good views. Private swimming pool is a huge plus. Area is a mix of large ocean view villas, small clusters of villa resorts and some small houses of locals. Car is needed to get around to explore the island. Restaurant Las Brisas is just a short walk nearby and on some nights there was live music that was enjoyed right from the villa’s swimming pool. Drinks and some food can be purchased on the beach during the day. Sunsets were phenomenal to behold. We had a nice stay at the Coastal Vibes Villa. Thank you owners Chantal and Dave for making it easy in these difficult times.

Beautiful home with every amenity you can possibly need. We stayed with our four children who enjoyed the pool, lounge spots, and kayaking. It is a bit of a drive to the downtown area and to our dive locations but it was quick and wasn’t too long. Neko the site host was excellent and his brother has a cool taco stand on Sapodilla beach a few minutes away from the house. They were all very friendly and inviting. Appreciated the security features of the home knowing our belongings were safe while we had our adventures on the island. It seemed like an ideal place to host a lot of guests with all the outside decks and chairs. Would be great if traveling with other families as a meet up spot for dinner as they have a wonderful grill and plenty of space. Place was immaculate and very well cared for. We would definitely recommend.
