You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa’s beautiful interior, boasting coastal decor, and cozy wood touches. Many windows and patio doors throughout the unit frame the breathtaking vistas of the turquoise water. Lounge by the pool on the expansive decking surrounding the villa or choose to sit by the waters edge under the palapa with your favorite cocktail.
The villa was designed with the concept of seeing the mesmerizing view from every room! Villa and water front are completely private for our guests only.
The villa is conveniently located beside Las Brisas Restaurant and a short 2 min walk to Sapodilla Beach. This warm shallow beach at Sapodilla is ideal for both families with young children or couples looking to soak up the sun. Try the jet skis, a rum punch or book a boating excursion that leaves directly from Sapodilla.

Amazing vacation at coastal vibes villa. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need. Loved visiting iguana island with our daughter on the kayaks and walking right across the street to sapodilla beach for the best sunsets. Really no need to ever leave the property. Grace bay beach is beautiful if you want deeper waters to swim in but sapodilla and Taylor bay are great with kids. Best meal we had was right down the street at Bungaloos. Snorkeling equipment was great when we went to somewhere cafe. Get your tacos/margaritas and snorkeling in one stop. But most of all we enjoyed just hanging out at the property longing by the pool and having all our meals outside. Beware the bugs are bad but the trip was worth every bug bite. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
We loved being right on Chalk sound with access to kayaks. Taylor bay is super close and was our favorite beach. Definitely needed the rental car to get to the Grace Bay Area for majority of restaurants. We liked the living space being separated from the bedrooms. We utilized the snorkeling gear, paddle board, and cornhole. The outdoor sitting areas were perfect. Amazing trip and a great Airbnb!
We absolutely loved this Villa. It was beautiful and clean and they had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view of Chalk Sound was breathtaking and we were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.
