Beautiful setting. Dave & Chantel always very responsive! Very short hike to the beach! The villa was stocked with everything you need! It is a bit of a drive to most decent shopping and restaurants but loved this area where the villa is located

I loved this Airbnb so much it was the perfect location, so clean and updated. Minutes away from what feels like your own secluded beach. It’s not crowded like Grace bay resorts. Nico is such a great host! Provided a lot more than any other place I have stayed so worth the money spent. I hope to visit again really soon. Thank you Nico❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Bliss 101! The condo was easy to find and Nico made sure we had all the information/items we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay, (clean linens, kitchen items, great WiFi, French press/coffee!) plus a few bonus items like beach chairs and snorkeling masks. The covered patio was such a great spot to hang out and enjoy breakfast. The apartment grounds were very well kept and it was a very relaxing and quiet spot to stay. It’s located about a 10 minute easy drive away from the main Grace Bay tourist–y area so we were definitely glad we rented a car. However, there are also several nice restaurants/bars within walking distance which was super convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Nico’s apartment and plan to stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to visit Turks and Caicos again!

SULLY – GRACEBAY

Michelle’s condo is pretty perfect. I have stayed in this complex before and the locationand size of the complex is so nice. It’s very quiet but right In the hot spot on Grace Bay. You do not walk out on to the beach but it’s a super short walk. The condo is very clean, newly renovated, modern, good ac, WiFi. My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids because we aren’t resort people and I like to have a little more space and washer and drier. We will for sure stay here again. Oh and Michelle is very good with communication. This is a gem!

HARBOUR HOUSE SAPODILLA BAY

We just had a wonderful stay at Harbour House and hope to be back again soon. While you aren’t beachfront, it’s just a short walk with a private path to one of the best beaches on the island. The lawn chairs there, and the beach gear provided, were great to have. The outdoor pool and lounge area was fantastic. The path behind the house to walk to Las Brisas was so nice and easy. The baby/child gear they had was older/usedbut in good working order and SO nice to have and not have to pack our own. Neko the property manager was fantastic and always quick to respond. The security they had on the neighborhood was great and the guards on duty were always so nice. Overall a great place to stay and hope to return!

This condo was amazing and in a perfect location. Grace Bay Beach, local shops, bars and restaurants were literally a few steps away from our front door. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

HARBOUR HOUSE SAPODILLA BAY

We recently came back from TCI and had an amazing time. Harbour House has the best location, literally two minutes walk to Sapodilla beach which in our opinion is the best beach on the island. The villa is very confortable and well equipped with everything you might need in a beach house. The outside area is lovely as well with a beautiful pool and different seating spots, though we didn’t use much as we were all day on the beach enjoying those spectacular turquoise waters♥️ What made it more enjoyable for us, as we were with kids, was the wagon that Michelle provided along with all the beach toys, goggles, safety vests, chairs and much more. It was perfect for a family day at the beach. We had a wonderful vacation, we hope to be back!!

LAS BRISAS AZULES

A total positive experience. The place is exactly as portrayed in the listing, but somehow better when you actually experience it. Being able to jump in a kayak and explore Chalk Sound is a great perk. The cleaning staff had done a great job pre–arrival and it was spotless. Neko is an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. A helpful, responsive host is key to a great experience, and Neko delivers. I highly recommend Neko and this place. Could not be more pleased!!!

ENDLESS BLUE VILLA

Our stay at Endless Blue Villa was wonderful. Neko was amazing from pre–reservationall the way through to check–out. It was a group of 15 and everyone was pleased. When there was any issue at the house, Neko quickly and thoughtfully worked to resolve it. It would be nice if they could get AC in the main living area to offer some relief from the humidity and heat. But thankfully the bedrooms have fully functioning AC units! I’d feel confident staying at a location where Neko is managing! 5–star service for sure!

EDEN TOWNHOUSE

THIS PLACE is amazing! I loved staying here. When I come back to TCI I am working with Neko. He was amazing, very kind and very accommodating. He helped my family and I get out of a very gross home and we enjoyed the rest of our stay at this townhome. We felt right at home with this place. It was big enough for my family and I. Neko was so helpful and so responsive. He truly is a gem in TCI. I recommend people airbnbing with Neko when going to TCI. Neko and the places he manages are BEAUTIFUL. they are fully renovated and so CLEAN!! I highly recommend this Airbnb

ENDLESS BLUE VILLA

We had an amazing weekend at the Endless Blue house! We were a group of 11 weekend over 4 days and the house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable while there. The rooms were all a good size and fairly equal in comparison, comfortable and it was great that almost all of them had their own bathrooms. We had seen in the comments that the common rooms were incredibly hot and since that’s where groups will spend most of their time indoors, you just need to be aware that it will take a couple days to cool off and be very hot when you arrive. We spent most of our time outside in the pool or in the sound, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience once we were settled. There is AC in all the bedrooms so we were comfortable when we slept and were getting ready to go out to dinners. Neko was an amazing host. We had issues with our wifi and he worked hard to get us other solutions and was in touch with us through out our stay. We would definitely stay here again! The pool is incredible and the view is unmatched! We had a Great experience and a wonderful stay!!

SWAN COTTAGES #5 – 1 BEDROOM

Hard pulling myself away from the shared pool because of its view of Chalk Sound! Loved taking the kayaks out each day and walked across the road to catch sunsets at Sapodilla Beach. Unit was comfortable with fast internet and a smart TV. Comfortable bed, soft towels, great water pressure. Neko was so easy to work with and a lovely person. Be sure to hit Taylor Beach, which is a short drive up the road to experience a chill beach experience with gorgeous views.

Swan Villa was fantastic. I stayed here for 4 nights (two of us) and really enjoyed our stay. The view from the private pool and patio was the definite highlight! We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it is also heated which is a plus. The unit itself is clean with a great kitchen and the in unit laundry was super convenient. Neko was a fantastic host and super responsive throughout our stay. There was an issue with the shower faucet and he had someone come immediately to fix it. The neighborhood is rather quiet as it’s very new, but felt very safe with security at the entrance of the neighborhood every night. It was also nice that the villa backyard is directly facing a huge hotel as it offered more lighting at night. There is a market within walking distance at the hotel across the water which was also convenient to buy necessities. We drove into the town everyday which was an easy 7 minute drive, highly recommend a car rental to get around. Thanks Neko!!

The space is wonderful! Smooth check in. Everything was super clean. There’s an excess of toiletries as needed for the bathroom with some nice small personal thoughtful touches. The kitchen has all the basic condiments you may need and a fewthings for quick snacks. They have a great response time and there is a manager that is also easily accessible. We had a problem with our AC and when we contacted him, it was solved within a few hours. They had lots of beach stuff for us to use including a cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel masks. 12 min taxi ride from Grace Bay Area. 10 min walk to the Smith’s reef for some great snorkeling. They even provided a whole guide to the town. Super glad we stayed here. If we return will def try to stay there again!

HARBOUR HOUSE SAPODILLA BAY

I honestly never write reviews but do travel frequently for both work and leisure. This house is in a spectacular location and is fabulous. Sometimes pictures look better than a home actually is but in this case we (I traveled with my husband, 2.5 year old daughter and Mom in her early 70’s.) found the house, the wrap around deck, the backyard pool and incredible outdoor living room to be way bigger and better than we’d envisioned based on the posted photo’s. The interior is all re–done with a terrific newkitchen, big dining room table that’s great for family games and couches on the front porch and lovely outside tables to enjoy the front house deck as well as the back yard deck we so nice to have. The beach is accessible via a private path a short walk away. For anyone with a little one, I can tell you how huge it was that Michelle’s home has you covered with lots of beach toys, safety vests, masks and a game changer was the wagon that’s also at the house to lug all the “stuff” that goes along with a family day at the beach. HUGE BONUS! Michelle and her house property manager, Neko, were truly incredible in being quick to reply to any emails or calls when I reached out. I emailed Michelle multiple times with a bunch of questions before arriving to T&C and she was always sonice and communicative. We actually continued our stay in T&C an additional week, moving to another house also in the same area, but actually liked Michelle’s house better and came to appreciate even more all the details and “extras” thats he attended to and provided. Thank you Michelle for sharing your home; it’s truly a special place! We will be back

Amazing stay! Stayed with my family with 2 young kids and it was perfect. Relaxing by the pool, walking to Sappdilla beach that was perfect for young kids as it was shallow. Walking distance to Las Brisas–a wonderful restaurant! Michelle was so responsive and had answers to all my questions. One of the best hosts I’ve worked with!

Neko is a lovely host & the villa is in a great location (if you are familiar with the island). I would consider this a well stocked Airbnb complete with beach towels & snorkel gear. The bed view out to the water is a treat. Mornings on the patio drinking coffee overlooking the sound, is an ideal way to start your day! If you are wanting to be in the center of activities etc this may not be the best location as a car is necessary and it’s approx 20ish min from main Grace Bay. I also recommend stopping by Sonny’s grocery to get what you need for basics (snacks/drinks)–closest to the villa. Don’t sleep on eating/takeout from Las Brisas and make sure you pay Omar’s a visit for fish tacos. I’ve stayed all over the island and this is by far my favorite side because it’s so chill. Thanks Neko!!

This town house was perfect and equipped with everything you’d need in Turks & Caicos. The location is amazing as it is only 5 minutes from Grace Bay beach and 2minutes from a supermarket. Neko is a fantastic host was extremely helpful. Communication was great and flexibility on my dates was very appreciated. The home was spotless and the pool access was a great plus!

SWAN COTTAGE #6 -1 BEDRROM

Beautiful and amazing stay. We were the first to stay at this home and we were really happy with our stay. There are a few things that needed attention but Neko took care of them right away. The home is nice and spacious. Great AC and a amazing cross breeze. The view of sound chalk is spectacular and the pool is warm and beautiful. We felt like we were in our own oasis. You will need a car because it’s about 10 minutes from the grace Bay Area. Las brisas is a great restaurant with amazing views and it’s walking distance and sepadilla bay is across the street. The house has canoes and my husband loved that. The home has great wifi and we felt very safe. The master bedroom is a nice size. The mattress is a little hard for my taste but it was still nice. The kitchen is well equipped and nice open concept. The living room is very comfortable and the TV is huge with Netflix and a few other options. Overall our stay was amazing. We did have a few glitches but Neko took care of everything right away. He is easy to communicate with and very kind. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The house was very well stocked, the communication was spot on, and we very much appreciated having everything we’d need: dishes, linens, kayaks, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and more. The views are breath taking, the pool is stunning, access to the beach is great. It’s not the most amazing swimming beach but we were still in the water there every day! There are fansand air conditioners in all the rooms, large closets, a well stocked kitchen with kettle, coffeemaker, and more. We made a couple trips to the local grocery stores which are wonderful, if not horrifyingly expensive (but so is everything in TCI)! A rental car is a must if you’re staying here and a drive over to Grace Bay is east and only 20 minutes or so. It’s nice to leave the resorts behind and come home to this lovely, very private, little piece of paradise.

Stay here!!! It’s one of the most beautiful views to wake up to. The house is clean and well kept. Cozy enough for 2 couples. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. There is an amazing beach, sopadilla beach down the road and las brisas restaurant is good too.(Some of the highlights). If you want to feel immersed in the beauty the island has to offer without the commercial resorts stay here. House has most everything you need tocook some meals at home as well.

Wow! My group stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect size for my group of 13. The view from the entry way and pool area is amazing! The pool and beach area were great during the day. The house was always about a 15 minute drive from bars, and restaurants in Grace Bay. Only 8–10 minutes away from airport and grocery store. Neko was a great host, recommended rental car services, and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Since we were there in December, the main floors were never unbearably hot, and each bedroom was air conditioned well for a comfortable sleep! Definitely recommend and would stay again for sure!
